January Birth Connection

We are starting off 2024 by mixing it up and doing a virtual training for birthworkers to learn about pumping. As birthworkers, we work with a variety of birthing and postpartum people. So, it is important for us to be prepared to assist them on their own unique journeys. Although breastfeeding and chestfeeding are having a huge moment now, many people choose or have to pump for a variety of reasons, including going back to work, medical reasons, or just straight up their personal desire. It is our job as birthworkers to provide non-judgemental support that is inclusive and respectful. Come join us for the next Birth Connection meetup so we can learn together!
