Helping create a warm & cozy birth environment for my clients is something I love to do.
There is nothing like setting the atmosphere to help promote oxytocin & create a safe space for laboring.
My Philosophy
I am dedicated to providing the best birth & postpartum doula services so my clients can go into their birth & postpartum experience feeling confident. Birth is a normal life event & should be treated as such. I want to help educate & support birthing people to reclaim their autonomy & have the empowering birth they deserve. Although there are no guarantees in birth, it helps to have evidence-based information to know when interventions are necessary & when they are not, so they can make fully informed decisions that best align with their values & birth preferences.

I provide non-judgmental, inclusive, & consent based doula support to all birthing people & their partners. I support BIPOC, queer, & LGBTQ+ individuals, single parents, teenage parents, & adoptive families.
