Welcome!

The perinatal period is a vulnerable & intimate time.  My mission is to assist & empower birthing people & their partners by providing physical, emotional, educational, & advocacy support before, during, after labor & the postpartum period.

I'm Kelsey Haight, a Full Spectrum Doula, Perinatal Patient Advocate, & Childbirth Educator.  I am based in Tucson, Arizona & serve the surrounding areas such as Oro Valley, Marana, Rita Ranch, Vail, Corona de Tucson, Sahuarita, Green Valley, & Sierra Vista.

Perinatal Services Offered

Prenatal Support

Prenatal meetings are a time for me to help you prepare for labor & postpartum, offer support, & provide education as well as resources.

Labor Support

I provide continuous labor support.  Including emotional, physical, educational, & advocacy support so you feel confident in your birth.

Postpartum Support

This is a time for caring for the birthing person.  Things like helping with light cleaning & chores, light meal prep, & providing emotional support.
