April Birth Connection

We hear so much about how important our diet is during pregnancy but often times pregnant people are not given the tools to adequately meet their dietary needs required to grow a human. Unless you have something like gestational diabetes, most insurance will not cover visits to a dietitian or nutritionist. Navigating all the information online can be very overwhelming; it's hard to know where to start. Even as a doula, sometimes I find it difficult to put the information I've learned into practice. So, come join us for the next Birth Connection meetup so we can learn together and see how we can support our clients!
